Born in February 2022, Swoop (ex. MtopSwap) is the brainchild of frens united by a shared belief in the transformative power of DeFi. The initial aim? To create a Decentralized Exchange that stands out for its user-first approach that solves the fragmentation of protocols.

Our user-focused platform quickly resonated with the community, leading to a significant grant from the Harmony Blockchain, voted for by users who believed in what MtopSwap stood for.

Today, Swoop, with the launch of its new version and rebrand, leads the charge in DeFi as a pioneer in Meta DEX Aggregation technology — a true testament to our initial vision: "To create a Decentralized Exchange that stands out for its user-first approach and the ability to unify fragmented protocols."

At Swoop, our mission is to on-board and simplify the way the next 1 Billion users access and experience Decentralized Finance (DeFi). We are dedicated to breaking down barriers in the sector, making applications that give everyone the ability to engage with global markets directly and freely.

From Engineers and Project Managers to Community Leaders and experienced Investors, each member brings a unique set of skills to the table.
